PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES

Me Émilie Le-Huy earned her law degree from Laval University in 2009 and has been practicing since 2012. She has since acquired experience in criminal, family, and immigration law. Since the beginning of her practice, Me Émilie Le-Huy has shown initiative and creativity in finding the best solutions adapted to the individual needs of her clients. From the first meeting, she will take the time to explain the judicial process to her clients and their options in a given situation with professionalism and integrity. On many occasions, Me Le-Huy has represented her clients before the Immigration Commission, the Montreal Municipal Court, the Court of Quebec, the Quebec Superior Court, and the Federal Court. She can represent you in the initial suit, as well as in any appeals. She has been a member of the Quebec Bar since 2011, and in addition to her law degree, has a diploma in chemistry from Laval University, which she earned in 2006. Since September 2014, Me Le-Huy has been assisting with SOS-Légal, a radio show animated by Me Reynaldo Marque on channel 101,5 FM. By participating in the show, Me Le-Huy hopes to make the law more accessible by putting technical legal concepts into laymen's terms. Me Le-Huy offers legal services in French, English, and Spanish.
